Mary Emrich, LSW, LPCC-S, LICDC

Mary has over 25 years’ experience working in the healthcare industry helping adults with mental health difficulties and substance use disorders. She holds a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Social Work from the University of Akron, and obtained her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University. Mary is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio (LSW), a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervisory designation (LPCC-S) and has certification in Ohio as a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. (LICDC).  Mary has a deep passion to help individuals impacted with mental health struggles or substance use disorders. She prefers using a collaborative strength-based approach to therapy with her clients utilizing evidence-based practices.  Mary strives to provide a safe healing space for her clients to work through life’s difficulties to obtain the highest quality of living.  Mary has over 10 years’ experience in Administrative roles, building strong leadership teams and ensuring high quality programs that improve outcomes for the clients served.
